Every lamp is printed and assembled by hand after you order, and ships within the lead time we showed you at checkout — once production starts, we typically produce and ship within a day or two. Full details in our Shipping Policy.
Yes — open the secure link from your order email and use the cancel button, any time before your lamp goes on the printer. If your card hasn’t been charged yet the hold is simply released; otherwise you get a full refund. Once production starts, all sales are final except defects — see our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Open the secure link from your order email and use “Send us a note” — we read every note before every print run. As long as your lamp hasn’t been printed yet, we can usually fix an address or tweak a design.
The moment your lamp is boxed and labelled, we email you the tracking number. It also appears under Boxes & tracking when you open the secure order link from your email.
Email support@apollolamps.com within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and clear photos of the lamp and the packaging. You choose a free replacement or a full refund, and we cover any return shipping. Details in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Every lamp is made to order, so we don’t offer change-of-mind returns once production has started — but you can cancel for a full refund any time before then. Damaged or defective lamps are always covered. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
